First Session: We will discuss service calls, how service calls are received, necessary information and completion process., followed by how each company handles service calls and preventive maintenance.
The first session is open to both Route Operator Members and Allied Members.

Second Session: Open discussion of the route business and how to improve.
The second session is open to Route Operator Members only.
A panel will explain their processes on:
- Incentivizing residents to use the machines more.
- When to do vend increases and how the process is done. How is variable pricing working.
- When to replace existing equipment at locations.
- Succession planning.
- Signage for machines and laundry rooms.
