Conference Program
Monday morning, April 20 will kick off the program with breakfast at 8:00am, the speaker session featuring Victor Calabrese, Managing Partner, Konsulere, on "Technology that Powers Performance" will follow at 9:00am. Enjoy an afternoon of free time experiencing all the resort has to offer. We will meet again for an evening dinner at 6:30pm on the Resort Lawn for sunset overlooking the Gulf.
Tuesday morning, April 21 will feature a round table session focusing on topics suggested in the round table survey, an afternoon of free time to relax and connect followed by our Allied Member Hosted dinner on the Grand Lawn.
Wednesday morning, April 22 will conclude with breakfast, followed by the board meeting from 9:00 - 10:00am.

Conference Registration
MLA members, Company Representatives, Spouses and Guest Registration
Registration is $750pp and includes conference meals, events and educational sessions for all registered attendees.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee on a case by case basis. Cancellations must be made one full week (April 13) in advance in order for MLA not to incur charges from conference hotel.
Hotel Reservations
A selection of room types are available for nights of Sunday, April 19-Tuesday, April 22.
A limited number of rooms are available Saturday, April 18.
Room types:
Limited view run of house rooms $589 nightly
Bay view run of house rooms $649 nightly
Deluxe Ocean view run of house rooms $799 nightly
Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 13.00%, or Resort Fee of $25.00 (reduced from $55) per room per night.
Check in is 4pm | Check out is 11am
Hotel reservations cut-off is March 27, or when room block fills, whichever occurs first.
Nightly Resort fee ($25) includes access to the following amenities and services:
Daily Beach Chair and Umbrella Set up for up to 2 guests
Daily 2hr access to non-motorized water/beach activities for 2 guests (boogie boards, beach toys, SUP, Kayak)
Daily 1hr Wellness/Fitness class for up to 2 guests
Daily 2hr Bicycle Usage for up to 2 guests
St. Regis Longboat Key Pool and Beach Bespoke Bag (1 per guest room)
Daily Enhanced High-speed internet access (Wi-Fi)
Hotel Cancellations
Hotel cancellation policy for individual reservations within the block is 14 days prior to arrival date (to avoid a 2 night penalty). All reservations must be accompanied by deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by credit card. ROOM RESERVATION CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY.

Valet parking is available at $55 per night plus tax.
